Role: Patient Care Advisor

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week

Location: Belfast, fully on-site

Salary: £26,000 plus bonus

  • Engaging with existing customers/patients
  • Handling customer enquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Understand customers/patient demand and needs
  • Overcome objectives and resolve them
  • Maintain and develop product knowledge and customer service skills
  • Accurate maintenance of patient records

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner

  • Excellent rapport building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections
