Person specification
BUSINESS TRAVEL
  • Subject to the provisions of the Equality Act, able to travel using own vehicle on Trust business (Level 2).
Knowledge, Skills & Training
  • Relevant diploma-level qualification in business/management or a numerate discipline, or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Job Specific Experience
  • Experience of working to a system of priorities to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in the preparation and presentation of complex reports.
  • Experience in reporting to meet healthcare compliance or regulatory frameworks.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY/RESOURCES
  • Demonstrable experience of using a range of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software to RSA 3 or equivalent standard.
PERSONAL QUALITIES/ATTRIBUTES
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate complex information and persuade and negotiate with all levels of staff.
  • Proven organizational skills, methodical, and accurate.
