A healthcare provider in Carisbrooke is seeking a Patient Advisor to join their team. The role requires excellent interpersonal and IT skills, as well as a background in customer service. Duties include managing patient inquiries and administrative tasks. A supportive environment with full training and mentoring is provided.

We have an exciting opportunity for new Patient Advisor to join our forward thinking, supportive, family friendly training practice. You will have strong organisational skills and be a positive and confident communicator with proven coordination experience and skills.
Previous experience in the NHS in a similar role is not required, however a strong background in customer service would be an advantage.
You will be joining a supportive and inspiring team at Newport Health Centre, with a core principle to provide the very best patient care we can. We offer a professional and caring environment where you'll be provided with full training and on going support and mentoring.
Newport Health Centre supports 24,800 patients on the Isle of Wight and have a diverse multi-disciplinary team which includes GP Partners, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, MSK Practitioners, Mental Health Practitioners, Practice Nurses, HCAs, Health and Wellbeing Coach, Care Coordinators, Social Prescribers and many more vital roles to support our community. We are also an active member of the Central and West Primary Care Network (PCN).
Newport Health Centre currently provides services across 2 sites; this role will be based between Dower House Surgery, Pyle Street, Newport and Carisbrooke health Centre, Carisbrooke High Street, Newport.
