Job Title –Patient Advisor: Cosmetic Surgery

Job Location –Manchester

Salary – £25k basic with a £33k OTE

Our client has established itself as a leader in the field of Cosmetic Surgery, with clinics throughout the UK.

They are looking for an exceptional Patient Advisor to work in their clinics in Manchester and Chester.

Within this role you’ll be in a clinic environment working alongside Nurses, Administrators, Plastic Surgeons and Doctors.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting the initial consultation with patients ensuring clients are appropriately informed before referring them to a surgeon
  • Working closely with surgeons and the nursing team to ensure patients are safe in preparation for surgery
  • Create a transparent consultation for all patients and act as the single point of contact throughout their journey
  • Chaperoning patients in the surgeon consultation
  • Ensuring all patients questions and concerns be it medical, financial or logistical are addressed before and after surgery

The ideal candidate:

  • Capable of building great rapport quickly with patients
  • A strong communicator – both verbal and written
  • Have a positive, can do attitude with exceptional service skills
  • Experienced in the cosmetic surgery Industry or have experience of conducting medical consultations.
  • Be flexible – be prepared to work regular weekends and evenings

Hours:

They are open Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 20:00 and Friday & Saturday 09:00 to 18:00. The shifts for this role will include some 8pm finishes each week and two Saturdays a month.
