We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Patient Advisor Coordinator to join our busy GP surgery team. This key role ensures smooth, efficient front-line patient services with a people-first approach. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly and empathetic nature, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should work well under pressure, adapt quickly to change, and remain calm in challenging situations. As Patient Advisor Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing front-line services across six GP sites. Responsibilities include managing the Patient Advisor rota, overseeing the telephone system, coordinating appointment bookings, supporting management with daily operations, contributing to recruitment and onboarding, and promoting staff training and development. The role requires quick thinking, flexibility, and a calm approach to unplanned changes. Your focus on communication, organization, and compassionate care will help create a positive experience for patients and staff.
