Main duties of the job

Be the first point of contact for patients, providing a professional and friendly service both in person and by telephone.

Manage patient appointments: booking, amending, and cancelling via the practice system.

Register new patients and update medical records accurately.

Process repeat prescriptions and support clinical staff with administrative tasks.

  • Handle correspondence, scanning, filing, and general office duties.

Ensure confidentiality and data protection requirements are always met.
