Job description

Administrative support to provide telephone and computer assistance and coordination for the Gelligaer district nursing team.

Main duties of the job

Provide administrative support for the Gelligaer district nursing team, including:

  • Answering phones
  • Coordinating updates on the scheduling system
  • Handling significant telephone contact with patients
  • Supporting the manager with computer work related to scheduling systems
  • Taking minutes at meetings

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; applications from both English and Welsh speakers are encouraged.
