As our Patient Access Representative, you will be the patient’s positive and professional first impression and first point of contact. You’ll be answering a lot of incoming calls (6 to 8 calls an hour) and using your excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure the patient’s needs are met. You’ll be responsible for scheduling patient visits and procedures for multiple hospitals and medical centers. This is a fast-paced position which will rely on your proven ability to multi-task and desire to help patients.
To thrive in this position, you will need to be calm and attentive as you answer patient calls to schedule their appointments. You’ll use your prior experience with a variety of software and navigating multiple systems to collect patient information and enter it into multiple computer systems. You will make phone calls to medical centers to solve issues. You’ll use your communication and problem-solving skills to answer questions from patients as well as physicians and their staff.
Although previous healthcare experience would be helpful, it is not required. We will teach you our industry leading technology and a variety of medical terminology to perform at your best and feel good about what you do. Since you will be working in a hospital, you must be up to date on all vaccines (including but not limited to COVID-19 and annual flu shot). We can help you with your vaccines at no cost to you. You will also need to pass a background check and drug screen.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.29 - $20.36 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
