You'll focus on keeping performance above 80%, ensuring timely access from referrals to clinic scheduling, and delivering daily performance reporting. This role demands strong organisational, communication and KPI-driven skills in a busy healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance management and KPI tracking.

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise.
• Experience in healthcare administration desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of Patient Healthcare Advisors, keeping efficiency above 80%.
• Ensure timely access to elective services from referrals to scheduling.
• Provide daily performance updates and reports, and monitor agreed actions.
• Support external meetings with commissioners and maintain relationships with other departments.
• Assist in identified projects and investigate complaints, sharing learnings with the team.
• Flag risks to the Administration Manager and escalate as needed.
