About The Role

We are seeking a Patient Access Associate to work closely with the Patient Access Managers and Lead. The role involves managing healthcare professional inquiries related to accessing Compassionate Use Medicines, guiding them step-by-step, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met before shipment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for Healthcare Professionals on Early Access Programs, assisting with patient requests efficiently
• Handle distressed customer situations calmly and with solutions-focused approaches
• Advise customers on regulatory requirements in their market, with support from the Patient Access Managers and Regulatory team
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, including country-specific requirements
• Promote patient-centricity in all programs

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French
• Customer service experience is essential
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills capable of motivating and managing customer expectations
