  • Salary: Grade 11 £49,764 - £52,805
  • Location: Sheffield (This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office)

About the role

As Pathways to Work Systems Participant Journey and Development Manager you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation and roll out of the Iconi Enspirio participant management system solution for employment support across programmes under the umbrella of Pathways to Work. You will put the participant journey at the centre of systems development, ensuring the Iconi Enspirio system meets the ambitions of Pathways to Work, and the requirements of various funding programmes including Economic Inactivity Trailblazer, Connect to Work and UK Shared Prosperity Fund. This will involve developing management information and reporting processes to enable local and regional reporting on programme specific and overall employment support performance.

You will provide strategic input into wider development of future system solutions to enable closer working across work and health programmes and identify opportunities for ongoing system refinement and expansion.

About you

You will have extensive proven experience of developing Iconi employment support systems, including design, implementation, training, guidance and performance reporting. You will bring a proactive attitude and a solutions focussed approach to a dynamic and evolving sector of work.
