A pioneering NHS healthcare provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a full-time Band 4 administrator. In this role, you will support the clinical team in maintaining quality performance indicators for adult mental health services. Organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential. The position offers a dynamic environment with training and development opportunities.
An opportunity has arisen for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent Band 4 administrator to join Hope Haven which is pioneer team for providing Copeland clients access to mental health and wellbeing support alongside practical advice. We are seeking someone who has an interest supporting the clinical team in maintaining and monitoring quality performance indicators/clinical standards with the aim of improving, informing and supporting the delivery of care to adult mental health services. To support Pathway Managers/Clinical Leads in reviewing demand vs. capacity by producing data in a meaningful way. This position would be ideal for organised, responsive and detail-orientated individuals who are committed to change management principles.

This is a very busy service, and the post holder would be responsible for the administrative function within Hope Haven. The successful candidate will work alongside clinical colleagues to ensure the service runs efficiently and performance targets are monitored and processes are adhered to. Candidates are required to meet the mobility requirements for this post as travelling across this geographical footprint is essential on a regular basis. This post could provide an ideal development opportunity for an existing Admin Officer or Band 4 looking to develop further administrative and pathway coordination skills whilst working autonomously. This post will provide training and development opportunities - the service is committed to upskilling our workforce via CNTW Academy and Leadership Academy (if applicable). Full support will be provided and the candidate will receive peer support with access to supervision from their counterpart as well as support from service leads.
