A leading healthcare institution seeks a Pathway Assistant to provide top-quality reception and administration services. The role involves managing patient arrivals, scheduling appointments, and processing correspondence. The Pathway Assistant role is an exciting opportunity to join our administration team which provides first class administration and reception services to the Division. As part of our Patient Pathway team, you will be responsible for greeting and arriving patients on reception, organising patient appointments and processing clinical correspondence in a timely manner.
Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 08:30 - 16:30.
