The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Tutor to deliver our Path2Apprenticeship programme on a flexible, cohort-based basis at Millennium Point. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping learners develop employability and personal development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging sessions across employability, personal development, and functional skills (Maths/English) where applicable.
  • Support learners through the programme to achieve successful progression into apprenticeships or employment.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and outcomes.
  • Adapt delivery to meet diverse learner needs and maintain high engagement levels.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and learner experience.
Requirements:
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering employability or pre-apprenticeship training.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
