Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
• Lead and motivate team members during busy periods.
• Ensure excellent customer service and product quality.
• Learn to manage stock, deliveries, wastage, and store supplies.
• Assist with cash handling and administrative duties.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Assist with local marketing and community events.
