Job Title: Patent Disputes Lawyer

Salary: From: £110,000 + Bonus

A prestigious international law firm is seeking an experienced IP Associate to join its London office. This role focuses on patent litigation while supporting clients in technology and life sciences sectors.

About the Role:

The position involves advising on patent disputes and broader IP issues, including trademarks, copyright, and trade secrets. You'll help clients explore commercial solutions such as litigation, mediation, and arbitration while contributing to business development initiatives.

About You:

You will be E&W qualified with excellent academics and a minimum of 2 years' PQE from a leading patent practice. A strong interest in the technology or life sciences sectors, or a relevant academic background, is essential.

Key strengths include:

  • Expertise in patent disputes and litigation.
  • Strong commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
  • A proactive approach to business development.
  • A Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice is desirable but not essential.
