• Independently evaluate invention disclosures to determine patent filings.
• Manage the patent docket meticulously, and maintain patent portfolios or clusters.
• Prepare patent applications independently or with outside legal counsel, while adhering to high-quality standards.
• Assiduously prosecute patent applications to secure patent protections in multiple jurisdictions.
• Uphold superior patent quality in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
• Support patent assertion and licensing activities, along with oppositions and invalidation proceedings.
