Job summary

Access Computer Consulting is seeking a Technology Operations Analyst to manage the patch management lifecycle across infrastructure, endpoints, servers and applications in a hybrid Birmingham setting (3 days on site, 2 days remote).

You will ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements and organisational standards while supporting governance, audit, risk and compliance activities within IT operations.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with patch management lifecycle
• Knowledge of vulnerability management processes
• Familiarity with governance, audit, risk and compliance activities
• Understanding of ITIL and enterprise IT operations

• Oversee end-to-end patch management lifecycle across infrastructure, endpoints, servers and applications
