A day in the life of a PAT Tester at phs:
Travel to customer sites to conduct Portable Appliance Testing.
Complete tests on portable appliances within customer premises.
Produce daily results that meet client and accreditation standards.
Represent phs Compliance with positive customer service, acting as the face of the company.
Ensure professional, safe, and timely service delivery, primarily during standard 40-hour weeks, with occasional out-of-hours work based on client needs.
The ideal candidate:
Has a full UK manual driving license for at least 12 months, with a maximum of 6 points.
Can work flexible hours outside the standard 9-5 and spend extended periods performing manual work.
Possesses C&G 2377 qualification (preferred but not essential; full training provided).
Adapts well to different environments and customer settings.
Has basic IT, numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
Is interested in pursuing a career in the electrical industry.
