As a Pastry Sous Chef at Le Manoir aux QuatSaisons, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the pastry department across all sections and services.

This is a full-time role with a 4 days on, 3 days off schedule, starting in April 2024.

Primary Responsibilities Include
  • Training and maintaining standards across all aspects of the department
  • Supporting all chefs professionally and skill-wise
  • Taking on additional duties such as rota, holidays, absence management, or recruitment as required
  • Motivating and promoting positive team behaviors
  • Collaborating with the Food and Beverage team to ensure excellent guest service

Requirements
  • Previous experience managing a brigade
  • At least 3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen
  • Experience in dish creation is preferred but not essential
