Your Requirements:

The Pastry Sous Chef must be able to assume the responsibilities of the Head Pastry Chef in their absence. The primary focus is on managing the hot kitchen line, ensuring food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently. Assistance with menu planning and ordering is a plus but not primary.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or higher
  • Experience with similar cuisine
  • Excellent English communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow recipes, processes, and standards
  • Drive and ambition to grow within the team
  • Flexible availability to work any 4 days between Monday and Sunday
  • Full ownership of your role
