We have an exciting and unique opportunity for Pastry Junior Sous Chef to join The Biltmore Mayfair.
As a Pastry Junior Sous Chef in our hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent quality of customer service is provided to guests in accordance with Luxury Standards. You will cook & present dessert dishes for the hotel menus to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the kitchen.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality pastry dishes with standard recipes and presentations to maintain quality standards and product consistency.
You will support team members daily with any queries and issues, engaging with them to ensure well-being and satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist management in driving and delivering positive results.

The Biltmore Mayfair opened in September 2019 after a multi-million-pound redevelopment. Situated in a prime location on Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, the property offers 257 luxurious guest rooms and 51 beautifully designed suites, reflecting its origin as a sophisticated London private residence.
The Biltmore Café offers all-day British dining in an elegant setting, with an all-year-round alfresco terrace, an exclusive cocktail bar, and a large gym/tech fitness suite. The hotel also features a 500 sqm ballroom and various smaller function rooms for up to 100 guests.
