What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • You will be responsible for supervisingour pastry Chef de Partie's and other junior chefsto ensure assigned tasks are completed at the highest standard, as well as cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment during their day. This will include controlling and maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs; inventory and purchasing of food items, kitchen supplies all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
  • Sometimes our guests

    have special requests involving dietary restrictions, food preferences and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Sous Chef and the team.

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Pastry Sous Chef , but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
