Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking to recruit a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie for Pavyllon.

Four Seasons Park Lane and Yannick Alléno are excited to announce we are looking for a new Pastry Demi Chef de Partie for our 1 Michelin Star restaurant. Chef Alléno is one of France’s most acclaimed and innovative chefs with 16 Michelin stars across his fourteen restaurants. He has featured in The World’s 50 best restaurants reaching up to 25th for both Le 1947 at Cheval Blanc in Courchevel and Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris. Our restaurant is contemporary and creative while embodying Chef Alléno’s philosophy of Modern French cuisine. Our dishes are rooted in French gastronomy and techniques while chef takes inspiration from London and British produce to deliver a truly modern dining experience.

The Role:

As a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the Pavyllon kitchen, contributing to the creation of exquisite desserts and pastries that reflect Yannick Alléno's signature style. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare and present a variety of high-end pastries and desserts for Pavyllon London.
  • Assist in the development of innovative and seasonal dessert menus in collaboration with the Pastry Chef.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in taste, texture, and presentation.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in line with Four Seasons and local regulations.
  • Support senior chefs in the smooth running of the pastry section.
  • Monitor stock levels, ensuring all mise en place is prepared to meet service demands.

What you bring:

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Pastry Chef in a fine dining or luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong knowledge of classical and contemporary pastry techniques.
  • Passion for pastry and a desire to elevate the guest experience through creative and visually stunning desserts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a drive for continuous learning and growth.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
