Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 8 years, we have opened 27 restaurants across Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Belgium, and Italy). Join our team as a Pastry Commis Chef!

Your Mission:

1. Be part of the BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
2. Work in the pastry section to prepare delicious desserts from scratch, including giant lemon pies and homemade gelato.
3. Follow recipes and instructions from the kitchen management team.
4. Maintain health & safety standards, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
5. Create memorable moments for our customers and embody Big Mamma values: warmth, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude.

Your Skills:

1. Passion for Italian food and a big smile.
2. Energetic, proactive, and a team player.
3. Experience or training as a Commis Pastry Chef.
4. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
