What will I be doing?

Assist running the pastry and bakery section of the kitchen

Ensure excellent quality throughout the dessert offerings

Bring creativity to the pastry offerings

Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as a Pastry Commis Chef or Apprentice Chef
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proven ability to work with a team and to follow instruction
• A passion to learn and a drive to succeed in a culinary/hospitality career
• Proof of completion in a basic food hygiene course
