Job description

A Pastry Chef is required for this beautiful hotel located in Worcestershire.

The restaurant serves a mouth-watering array of menus including a seasonal lunch menu and an a la carte menu. The a la carte menu serves traditional British cuisine with a delectable twist and the kitchen team are committed to using only the finest local and seasonal produce.

Responsibilities
  • Be working on the Pastry section of the kitchen preparing all manner of pastries, desserts, breads and ice creams
  • Be passionate, talented and hardworking and have the drive and determination to work hard to help push this kitchen on to the next level
  • Have a background within fresh food establishments
