Role Responsibilities

The busy kitchen team requires a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, traditional puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include catering for large conferences and events, creating inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant, and preparing both classic and contemporary afternoon tea pastries. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career specializing in pastry.
