Role Overview: The busy kitchen team needs a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include catering for large conferences, events, restaurant mini-desserts, and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your pastry career.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills
