This beautiful award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Role Responsibilities

The busy kitchen team is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of indulgent desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include creating desserts for large conferences, events, restaurant mini-desserts, afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Flexible attitude
  • Experience in relevant disciplines
  • NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)

Candidates must possess NVQ levels 1 & 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certification.
