This award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Role Responsibilities

The busy kitchen team requires a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, traditional puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. This includes catering for large conferences and events, as well as preparing mini-desserts for the restaurant and classic or contemporary afternoon tea pastries. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills
