This beautiful award-winning hotel is looking for an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

The busy kitchen team seeks a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead the team in producing a range of indulgent desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. From large-scale conferences and events to inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant and classic or contemporary afternoon tea pastries, this role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.

Requirements for this position include:

  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills
  • Planning and time management skills
  • A flexible attitude
  • Experience in relevant disciplines
  • NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
