The House of KOKO is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to lead a pastry section, crafting high-quality desserts and pastries for our restaurant, events and guests. You’ll work closely with senior chefs to maintain standards, accuracy and presentation across our live hospitality operation.
You’ll need strong pastry techniques, a passion for detail and the ability to work under pressure while developing new ideas and mentoring junior team members.
The House of KOKO is a private members' club in the heart of Camden, bringing together food, drink, music and culture under one roof.
At the heart of the club is a diverse hospitality offering, encompassing three restaurants and eight bars, each contributing to the experience we create for our members and their guests.
