This beautiful award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Role Responsibilities

The busy kitchen team requires a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include creating desserts for large-scale conferences, events, restaurant mini-desserts, afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your career specializing in pastry.
