Pastry Chef De Partie
We are currently seeking a talented Pastry Chef De Partie to join our team at 5 Hertford Street, a private members' club in Mayfair, London. This role offers the opportunity to work across our three kitchens within a luxurious, service-oriented environment.
Owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley, 5 Hertford Street aims to be a home away from home, providing the utmost comfort and personalized service to our members. You will work alongside our Executive Pastry Chef, Francesco Coratella, who was recently shortlisted for Pastry Chef of the Year at the Craft Guild of Chefs Award 2025.
Shifts are between Monday and Saturday. The club is closed on Sundays, bank holidays, and throughout Christmas each year.
