This beautiful award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

The busy kitchen team is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to help lead in producing a range of delicate desserts, proper puddings, and other sweet creations for the entire hotel. Responsibilities include catering for large-scale conferences and events, as well as creating inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your career in pastry.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and teamwork skills
  • Planning and time management abilities
  • Flexible attitude
  • Experience in relevant disciplines
  • NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
