CHEF DE PARTIE – WELL ESTABLISHED RETAIL BUSINESS – PERMANENT POSITION – NEAR CRAWLEY RH10
38–HOUR CONTRACT – DAY SHIFTS ONLY – CIRCA £27,000–29,500 SALARY + BENEFITS
Leisure Solutions specialise in the recruitment of Leisure and Hospitality professionals across the UK, working with a range of businesses to attract the right people.
We are working with this award-winning multi–purpose retail outlet with several venues across the South of England, each venue has a large, high–volume on–site restaurant. These restaurants provide Breakfast and Lunch dining, operating between the core hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday and between 10:00am and 4:00pm on a Sunday.
The venue offers full breakfast service until 11.30am and then an array of hot food, served counter style, which includes fresh pizzas, home-cooked pies, and an on–site carvery.
You will oversee our counter service, the carvery, pizza oven, and patisserie counter. A strong pastry background is also a requirement of this position.
This role benefits from sociable hours with no split shifts as well as alternate weekends off, plus a day off in the week and only one late night a week.
Key responsibilities will include ensuring the highest standard of customer service is always delivered. You must be a team player and support the rest of the kitchen team during a busy service.
This role is well suited to a self–motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual with excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be proactive and energetic and be able to work in a busy fast-paced environment.
Previous catering, patisserie, and high–volume production experience is preferred.
