Overview

Pastry Chef - Join Our Culinary Team at The Priory Hotel. A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join our talented kitchen team. Due to growth, we are looking for a special Pastry Chef ready for a new challenge in a beautiful, luxury, boutique Country House Hotel and Restaurant. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar setting or trained in pastry. We have high standards and are looking for someone to rise to that challenge.

We are based on the gateway to the picturesque Isle of Purbeck and much desired Jurassic Coast in the beautiful market town of Wareham, Dorset. Role and Responsibilities


  • Assist with the design of new dishes.

  • Manage orders and stock for the section.

  • Ensure smooth handover process to other chefs in the section.

  • Produce deserts for lunch & dinner along with our Afternoon teas.
