Parsonage Grill in Oxford is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our kitchen, taking responsibility for the pastry section and working with the Head Chef to manage the kitchen operation. You will lead the pastry team, develop recipes, maintain high standards across pastry, afternoon tea and desserts, and ensure quality ingredients and seasonal menus while coaching staff.

We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to join our kitchen team at the Parsonage Grill, taking responsibility for the pastry section and working alongside the Head Chef in the wider management of the kitchen operation.
We offer a sensible shift pattern, across a 45-hour working week (Monday to Sunday rota with two days off) with an OTE up to £17.25 per hour, £40,365.00 per annum, including non-contractual tronc (service charge).
Part-time hours may also be considered.
Interviews and a working trial will take place in Oxford as part of the recruitment process.
