We are delighted to present a rare opportunity for an exceptional Head Pastry Chef to join the senior culinary team. This role offers a 4-day working week, allowing a healthy work-life balance while delivering at the very top of the pastry game.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pastry kitchen alongside the Executive Head Chef, ensuring creativity, precision, and excellence in all output
  • Inspire and mentor a small team of passionate pastry professionals
  • Develop and execute innovative dessert menus that reflect the luxury and heritage of the property
  • Maintain rigorous hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Take a hands-on approach to pastry creation and ensure presentation is always of the highest calibre
  • Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen environment

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Head Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or Michelin-level restaurant
  • Natural leader with a collaborative and calm approach
  • Passionate about pastry and continuously pushing creative boundaries
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
  • Resilient, adaptable, and committed to excellence
