About Us: Brasserie Marceline is a new 150 cover modern brasserie nestled in the heart of Canary Wharf, inspired by France but with its feet firmly in London. Independently owned by experienced restaurateurs passionate about food and hospitality.
Opening this summer on the K2 floating pavilion in Canary Wharf, we are seeking an experienced Commis Chef de Partie who wants to be a key part of our opening team in this new restaurant.
Role Overview: The Chef de Partie is responsible for managing the pastry section of the kitchen. This includes preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the company's standards.
Manage the pass station and oversee the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area.
Ensure all orders are prepared, plated correctly, and delivered promptly.
Work closely with the head chef, sous chefs, and kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive team environment.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-standard environment.
The ability to deliver high standards consistently.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong teamwork skills.
High standards of health and hygiene.
Passion and enthusiasm for your work.
