JKS Restaurants Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Mayfair kitchen, elevating pastry offerings and contributing to new dish creation. You will work in a quality kitchen, following health and safety standards and SOPs while sharing a passion for food and hospitality.

The role requires prior Michelin-trained pastry experience, a team-focused attitude, and a meticulous, creative approach to each plate.

The Position

We're looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, elevating our pastry selection and help with the creation of new dishes, delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests. You'll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures. More importantly we are looking for people for as passionate about food and hospitality as we are!.
