Job summary

CH&CO in Bracknell is seeking an ambitious Chef to join our on-site kitchen for a full-time role contracted to 40 hours per week over 40 weeks. You will prepare high-quality food and deliver exceptional service to clients and customers.

The ideal candidate holds City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, has a Food Hygiene certificate, experience supervising a team, and a flexible approach to working. You'll benefit from our training, wellbeing support, and career development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Oversee and implement menu changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve food services.
• Listen to customer feedback to improve offerings.
• Support creation of new menus and concepts.
• Represent CH&CO and maintain a positive brand image.
• Monitor inventories to keep kitchens stocked.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to meet hygiene standards.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for CH&CO on a full time basis contracted to 40 hours per week. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days, all within the market-leading food service company in the UK.
