We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join the Pastry Brigade at the award-winning 5-Star Deluxe Connaught Hotel.
Located in Mayfair, The Connaught combines tradition with modern elegance. It features a bespoke service, a 3,000-piece art collection, the Michelin-starred restaurant Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, and London’s only Aman Spa. The hotel also offers informal gourmet dining at Jean-Georges and the award-winning Connaught Bar.
As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will collaborate closely with the Pastry team and play a vital role in daily operations. You should be passionate about working with high-quality ingredients and committed to delivering exceptional dishes. An organized approach and effective prioritization are essential to ensure smooth section management.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a passion for patisserie, excellent communication skills, and keen attention to detail. Experience at a similar level in a quality dining environment is preferred.
