Co-op Academy Grange is seeking a dynamic Pastoral Team Leader to lead improvements across the school, foster collaboration, and elevate student outcomes. You will work with the leadership team to ensure a supportive environment and strong behaviour for learning.

Are you ready to inspire and lead? At Co-op Academy Grange, we are seeking a dynamic Pastoral Team Leader to drive improvements across the school, foster collaboration, and elevate student outcomes! As part of Co-op Academies Trust, you will have the opportunity to innovate, inspire, and raise achievement levels across the school while working within a supportive leadership team.
