Vision for Education is looking for a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker to join a primary school in Leeds. The role involves providing support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, while implementing tailored behavior plans and working within a collaborative team. The role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a Pastoral Support Worker to join a Primary school in Leeds (LS26) to start on a Full-Time basis. Working in this Primary school as part of an established team, the desired Pastoral Support Worker will be working on a small group or 1:1 basis in supporting pupils with SEMH and SEN needs. The desired candidate will need to have had significant experience supporting with children with SEMH needs and a real desire to make a difference. You will support pupils in class as well as implement individual behaviour plans (SEMH plans) set by the SENCO and fellow members of the pastoral team.
