Job summary

The White Horse Federation seeks an experienced Pastoral Support Worker to join our Swindon-based school.

You will ensure high quality pastoral care for students with SEMH needs, build strong relationships with pupils and parents, and collaborate with internal teams to improve behavioural outcomes.

This really is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced working with children and young people with SEMH needs, or those with transferable skills looking to develop their skills and experience with young people in school. We couldn't do what we do without our fantastic staff team, and we are looking for an experienced and confident Pastoral Support Worker to join our dedicated team, ensuring high quality pastoral care for our students.

The contract: Permanent, 37hrs per week, Term Time only - 39 weeks per year. The Salary: TWHF NJC M16-M23 - £27,115.60 - £30,594.82 - actual annual salary.
