Job summary

TLTP Education are seeking a Pastoral Support Worker for an immediate start at a mainstream secondary school in Ealing. You will join the pastoral and student support team to help students overcome barriers to learning and support their behaviour, wellbeing and progress.

The role focuses on supporting students with behaviour, personal development, and attitudes toward learning, while collaborating with tutors and the SEN team to implement suitable support strategies.
