Job summary

TLTP Education is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Worker for an immediate start at a mainstream secondary school in Ealing. You will support students with behaviour, personal development and attitudes toward learning, providing consistent pastoral help on site.

Working with tutors, SEN teams and parents, you will monitor wellbeing and progress, maintain pastoral records, and help deliver whole-school inclusion initiatives to boost student outcomes.
