Job summary

South Wigston High School is seeking a Dynamic Pastoral Support Tutor to join our team. The role focuses on holistic welfare support, mentoring learners, and creating a calm, inclusive environment during term time and school closures.

You will work with the Raising Attainment Leader and pastoral staff to promote strong relationships and effective family liaison. The post is fixed-term until Easter, with potential extension.
